We purchased our home from Belmark in 1989 and loved it from the day we moved in. After 25 years we needed to update the master bedroom and bath. Past experiences with remodeling had left us a bit reluctant to take on another remodeling project. So when looking for a contractor to take on this project we naturally had a lot of concerns and demands – Good project management, control the cost over-runs, keep to the promised time line, and good communication between contractor and home owner.

We contacted Belmark Homes to do the remodel. The remodel was to include a small addition to our master bed/bath, plus new interior doors, crown molding and painting of all the woodwork throughout the home. Aaron and Keith listened to our concerns and assured us they heard our concerns and they would be addressed.

True to his word Keith kept our project on time, he communicated with us daily, we were able to chat with him on site whenever necessary to go over details; any cost over-runs were communicated upfront – most cost over-runs were a result of changes we requested. Their subs were great to work with and did first rate work. In short the project was very well managed.

We love our beautiful new master bedroom and bath. We love the new doors and finishes in the other parts of the home. Keith does an awesome job on the finish detail/trim. It’s almost like having a new house again! Remodeling is never easy – Keith made the process go as smoothly as possible by careful planning and attention to detail.
